Next week we are finally going to get a home for all three of us – me, Mum and Dad all in one house. There is lots of work to do, of course, and they have to get carpets laid on the stairs. At the moment they are simple painted wood and and old dog like me just cannot get the traction on polished surfaces. So this has to be finished before we move in – then I expect the place will be jammed with lots of cardboard boxes.  Must make sure they can find my dog food: got to get your priorities right!
