I am getting ready for the big day, wrapping presents and writing cards. I got a great musical card for my Dad, and when it is opened there is the lovely sound of dogs barking. I am sure he will like it when he is training on his new elliptical equipment.

My Dad is going out tonight to see one of his friends who is always making a big lifestyle change. Mostly this means yo yo dieting, and this guy has tried all the major weight loss supplements like
hydroxycut. They usually help him lose weight, but then he goes back to all his old eating habits and then a couple of months later he finds another diet. Whey can’t people just eat everything they can grab, just like me?

Apparently I shed too much fur all over the car. The last time the car was valeted the cleaner said he knew exactly what colour Mum’s dog must be, cos he cleaned up so much dog hair belonging to me. We have been looking at vehicle accessories and the options are to get a truck with a tonneau cover or a pet barrier so I can see it the boot. I would rather lie in the footwell, as usual!

My Nan is really getting a taste for good living since she moved house. She is still planning a holiday and now she is looking at cruises to the Med. Apparently cruises do not have to cost a fortune and they are a good way to see lots of different places in a short time. They are also romantic, so maybe she will find me a new Grandad to buy me lots of treats.

It is very sad but everybody needs to think about Funeral Insurance – even us. They can be very expensive and of course you want the final farewell to be just right, and show how much you loved the departed. It really is best if you can have some insurance cover to call on at such a sad time, and it can be really quite cheap to arrange.

We have not completed our shopping for the new home furniture yet – I am amazed at how much they have to but to make themselves comfortable in a house. All that a little dog needs is a soft blanket in a corner for his bed, but they are now looking at wardrobes and chests of drawers to store their clothes in. And that is another thing that I don’t require. At least I am getting lots of exercise.
