Dog Dressed Up for Christmas

This is my favourite place to sleep during the day, next to the Aga. I was minding my own business when Dad came in and decided to put his (Designer) scarf on me. Now everyone knows I do NOT play, but they also pushed this toy mouse under my left paw. There has been a big debate about my Christmas present list. But what else am I supposed to ask for if I do not want toys? Bling or sausages will do fine, thanks, Santa. OK, maybe some dog chocolate as well.

Silver is my Top Christmas Present

So our search for a car is over. In the end it was so easy, she should have listened to me. ‘Get a silver car, Mum!’ Remember I asked for a nice silver ingot for Christmas? It will be a great piece of bling, and also a nice investment if I ever need the money. Loui suggested I should go to Tiffany for my silver, he probably saw that Mum has a silver necklace. So - back to the story: finally, after looking at so many cars she is buying a very nice silver Yaris and we are collecting it on Monday. Mum says we will need to go on a bus, the tube and a train. I know the tube trains are silver, hope the big train is also silver. Did I mention - Dad’s car is silver too. Well a classy dog needs to be surrounded by precious metal.

Car Safety for Dogs

It may sound silly but Mum wanted a car with remote locking so that when she gets me out with shopping bags to carry, she can lock the car safely, and make sure I don’t go into the traffic. Sometimes when she need sto get stuff out of the car she secures my lead over the wing mirror - very undignified! She decided that a Toyota Yaris or Kia Picanto would suit us, but she wanted five doors cos sometimes I skip over into the back of the car and she needs to get me out. So why were we walking the streets so much? Well she decided to leave notes on all the nice looking cars asking if they were for sale!

Finding the Best Car for a Dog

The car saga continues - the car Mum bought was a Kia Rio, and she really wanted something smaller, like a supermini. Also it did not have central locking and she was having to lock the door with me on the lead. So for the next few days I did not get a walk in the park as we were checking out all the parked cars around Muswell Hill, to decide on the best car for me, or so she said. So then she decided she wanted a Toyota Yaris or a Kia Picanto. I have heard nothing else as she made up her mind. She says we have to get one by this weekend cos we might visit my Nan next week.

Kevin the Collie Celebrity Spotting

Well this guy is not really such a big name, Mum says she has seen him in Muswell Hill many times. But yesterday and today we saw the actor who plays Billy Mitchell in Eastenders, walking a young black Labrador. Most dog walkers pass the time of day when they meet but this guy - weraing a baseball cap - seemed to be terrified of being recognised. Relax, mate - Eastenders actors are not really ‘A list celebrities’. Mum says we are going to start taking the camera out more often, so shall we see how much we can get from Hello Magazine for a shot of him?

Christmas Presents for Your Dog

I am already dropping big hints for my Christmas Presents. I have tried barking ’sausages’, but I also want some more Bling. I already have two ID tags and a mini torch round my neck. I hope my richer friends might think of buying me a silver ingot, which would go nicely with the rest of my jewellery. Silver is the precious metal of the moment, very much in demand. I know Mum and Dad prefer silver for themselves so maybe they will take this seriously. I would far rather have some silver than a doggie toy, any day. If times get hard I can buy plenty of gourmet dog food with one silver ingot - must check out the nearest silver dealer.
