Dog Friendly Finchley? Dogs Need Safe Places to Wait
Dad says we are a bit refined since we moved to Muswell Hill: have you noticed a different tone in my journal? Today we went back to Finchley and Mum was not happy with the place she had to tie me outside a shop: she was worrying in case an aggressive dog came along while she was away. ‘In Muswell Hill I can take my dog into the bank with me’ she muttered, ‘here I can’t even tie you up safely’. She ran inside really fast to choose her shopping and kept peering out while she waited to pay. Then we got lucky: Jack and his Mum, who are Loui’s family, came out of the same shop and they came over to look after me. What a look of relief on Mum’s face! They were so nice to me, Jack walked me along the road while they all caught up on the latest news, and compared blogs. We are going to have to make sure we meet up for a dog walking session with Loui some time very soon.
